RETURN & REFUND POLICY

🏆 30-Day Return Guarantee If you’re not satisfied with your purchase—for any reason—you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is defective.

📦 How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at support@velfend.com
  2. Use the subject line: [Return Request]
  3. Include your order number and clear photos of the product to verify eligibility.
  4. Ensure all original items—including free gifts or bonus items—are included in the return package.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days.

⚠ Important Notice: A 10% deduction will be applied to your total order value to cover handling and shipping costs. Example: If your order was $50, you will receive $45 after return processing.

Exchange & Order Cancellation Policy

🔄 Exchanges We accept product exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at velfend.com@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and a description of the issue.
  2. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories or gifts (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a new invoice and ship the replacement product within 7 business days.

Exchange Fee: A 20% fee of the original order value applies to cover processing and reshipping costs. This fee is waived for exchanges due to a manufacturing defect, which is covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.

How to Cancel an Order:

  1. Email us at support@velfend.com with your order number and the subject line [Order Cancellation].
  2. If the request is submitted within the allowed timeframe and the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Refund Process: Your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠ Important Notes:

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
  • If incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer, we are not responsible for missed deliveries.

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

If your gear fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair or replace it—free of charge.
